Susan Hanfield is a classically trained actor and audiobook narrator. She comes from a strong theatre background and loves to bring deep characterizations to all of her work.

In film news – N.I. – a new short film from VFX Emmy nominated and award winning director, Sallyanne Massimini is part of the USA Film Festival 2019 Official Selection! N.I. stars Giorgia Whigam and David Meza, with me rounding out the cast as THE VOICE. N.I. will be competing in the Short Film Competition, screening in the Narrative III Short Films Category on Saturday April 27th at 9:30pm!

As an audiobook narrator, Susan is honored to be a three-time Audie Award Finalist and a Voice Arts Awards Nominee. Most recently, Susan was nominated for an Audie Award in 2017 in the Young Adult Category for THE GAME OF LOVE AND DEATH written by Martha Brockenbrough and published by Scholastic Audio! Susan’s audiobook titles span many genres – including Young Adult, Historical Fiction, Faith-based Inspirational, Fantasy, Paranormal Romance, Science Fiction, Classics and Nonfiction.

On stage, Susan was recently seen at the Complex Theatre in Hollywood where she played Queen Elizabeth I in a new play Three Elizabeths, written & directed by Tony Award nominated director and choreographer, Tony Tanner.
