Susan Hanfield is a classically trained actor and audiobook narrator. Susan comes from a strong theatre background and loves to brings deep characterizations to all of her work.

In audiobook news: Susan is honored and thrilled to be a 2017 Audie Award Finalist in the Young Adult Category for THE GAME OF LOVE AND DEATH written by Martha Brockenbrough and published by Scholastic Audio!

Susan is also a 2016 Voice Arts Awards Nominee for Hemingway In Love: His Own Story and a 2015 and 2014 Audie Award Finalist for Stars: Original Stories Based on the Songs of Janis Ian (2015) and for Ender’s Game Alive (2014).

In film news – Two exciting updates – A poignant short that Susan is in, Je Suis, will be screening at the Cannes Film Festival 2017 in the short film corner! Also, 96 Souls, a feature in which Susan plays the university shelter processor, has just acquired distribution and will be screening nationwide on the big screen!! 96 Souls begins it’s 12 city Theatrical release across the US on May 26th. If you are in Los Angeles, 96 Souls will be playing at the Laemmle Music Hall in Beverly Hills.  You can also catch 96 Souls as a download on iTunes as of May 30th.
